Dr. John Garrity, Executive Director of the Portage County Mental Health Board will be speaking on Mental Health Disparity: Where Do We Go from Here? The Portage County Mental Health has declared racism a public health crisis.
We want to think that racism is not a problem in our home communities and yet it exists, yes, even in Kent and Portage County.
